Community support sought for solar initiative

DOVER - In late August, Green Lantern received its certificate of public good for a 150 kW solar array on Dover’s capped landfill. Now, Green Lantern director of development Ralph Meima says that in order to bring a much-discussed public buy-in option for the array to fruition, he needs to find at least 30 interested individuals. Otherwise, a community buy-in option may not be feasible.
