Committee discusses concerns on Act 250 permitting process
WILMINGTON - At a meeting of the bi-town economic development committee on Thursday, March 7, Wilmington Selectboard chair Tom Fitzgerald updated the committee about his work chairing the District 2 Environmental Commission. The update led to a discussion in which several members of the committee expressed concerns about the onerous nature of the Act 250 permitting process.
