Code Red! COVID limits could make for a tough winter

MONTPELIER- Vermont businesses dependent on outdoor sports tourism may be in for a lean winter.  At a press conference on Tuesday, state officials said the number of people in the Northeast who can travel to Vermont without a quarantine had dwindled to just 332,000.  Those who can travel to Vermont will find there are sweeping new COVID-19 safety guidelines in place for resorts.
