Club property vandalized last month

NEWFANE- Hermitage receiver Alan Tantleff filed a quarterly report last week, revealing that one Hermitage property was vandalized in April.
According to the report, Tantleff was notified in April that someone had broken into the Horizon Inn and removed copper piping.  “I immediately worked with the (Hermitage) director of mountain operations to communicate with the local and state police to conduct an investigation into the matter.  The investigation is currently ongoing.”
Tantleff estimated the damages from the theft and damage to the building to be $12,500.
