Club members say they're victims of Barnes "gross mismanagement"
BURLINGTON- The Hermitage Club Member Group has fired back against James Barnes’ claim that they are an insider group, calling themselves his victims.
“The member group is simply a large group of victims of Barnes ‘gross mismanagement’ who now seek that relief promised to them by the bankruptcy code,” the group’s attorney Peter J. Haley wrote in response to Barnes’ allegation.
