WILMINGTON- An appraisal required for the refinancing of the Hermitage Club has been completed, Hermitage Club President Harper Sibley announced in a message to members.
“I’m pleased to report that the appraisal required from the lender came in late last night (Friday, November 16) at a value that is acceptable to the club and we are now working to close this loan the week of November 26.”
