MONTPELIER- On Thursday, December 8, Vermont Lt. Gov. Molly Gray and House Speaker Jill Krowinski hosted a summit on child care in Vermont at the Statehouse. The summit, which took the shape of a panel discussion, focused on the challenges facing employers and employees alike as it relates to child care. Panelists gave their support for the Legislature to pursue universal child care.
