Man tried to set fire to neighbor’s house
WARDSBORO- A Wardsboro man has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges stemming from what police say was an attempted arson that occurred on Sunday, September 3, at about 7:22 pm.
James Beaton, 64, was charged with second-degree attempted arson, reckless endangerment, and unlawful mischief after he allegedly poured gasoline on a neighbor’s house.
