DOVER - On Monday, chair Rich Werner told the River Valleys Unified Union School District board that the board may have difficulty having superintendent Bill Anton at its meetings in the coming months as it works to build its first-ever unified budget and make other policy decisions that will affect how the newly-formed district operates when it becomes effective July 1, 2019. The difficulty has arisen due to a change in the board meeting schedule in the West River Modified Union Education District, which is also part of the Windham Central Supervisory Union.
