WARDSBORO - At the Monday, September 16, meeting of the River Valleys Unified Union School District Board, the board engaged in a conversation about the meaning of the word “equity” within the district. In addition, the board discussed plans to invite Sens. Becca Balint and Jeanette White to a future meeting; whether or not prospective employees’ social media can be vetted; and STEAM activities, which have commenced at Wardsboro Elementary.
