Building owner, review board seek to iron out permit discrepancies

WILMINGTON- Travis Wendell, owner of the former OO Ware historic building in the village center, met with the development review board Tuesday regarding his application to change windows and doors that were approved in a previous permit.
The hearing was, in part, a “housekeeping” exercise to approve windows already installed. The application also included the replacement of the existing historic exterior doors with new doors, as well as new siding material for the building’s mansard roof.
