Brewery coming soon? Plans presented to DRB for old home center
WILMINGTON- Travis Wendel presented his plan to renovate one of the village’s most visible buildings, and turn it into a brewery and eatery at a meeting of the town’s development review board Monday evening.
Wendel told DRB members he plans to restore his building, the former Wilmington Home Center at the corner of East Main and South Main streets, to state and federal historic preservation standards.
