DOVER - At the Dover School Board’s regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, Gerie Golet urged the board to revisit its policy regarding proof of residency for students, claiming she was aware of several incidents of tuition fraud occurring in the town. Chair Rich Werner told Golet the matter would need to be addressed by the River Valleys Unified Union Board, as it is the board that will govern the Dover School after July 1.
