WILMINGTON- Select­board members considered a proposed ordinance regulating vacant buildings at their regular meeting Tuesday evening.  
Wilmington Planning Commission Chair Cheryl LaFlamme told board members that Wilmington Economic Development Consultant Gretchen Havreluk brought the proposal and a model ordinance to the commission.  “It was much broader when we first looked at it, and included those unfortunate souls who don’t mow their lawns.  We thought that was a little extreme.”
