DOVER- A discussion about traffic signage at Tuesday evening’s selectboard meeting turned inexplicably contentious.
Dover resident Walter Coltui met with board members to request the placement of stop signs at the end of Ellis Brook Road and both ends of Cheney Brook Loop at their intersections with Valley View Road.
Coltui said his request was based on his observations over the last five years he has lived near the intersections.  “Ellis Brook Road is becoming a hazard,” he told board members.  “People go right through that yield sign.”
