Officials in Wilmington hope a tax policy change will spur investment in the village.

WILMINGTON- Selectboard members discussed an update to their tax stabilization policy at their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 2.  
A tax stabilization program allows towns to enter into a contract with developers to phase in property tax increases that result from property improvements over several years.  Wilmington’s policy only pertains to municipal taxes.
