Board ponders changes to previous pre-K policy
DOVER - At the Monday, August 19, meeting, a parent of an incoming pre-K student asked the River Valleys Unified Union School District Board whether his child could enter the district’s 4-year-old program with a mid-September birthday. Ordinarily, the board would have let its decision be guided by its policy. The problem was, the board didn’t have such a policy on the books.
