Board opts to keep internet provider local
DOVER - In what zoning administrator Tabi Freedman called a choice of “local versus power,” the Dover Selectboard was tasked with choosing between Duncan Cable and FirstLight, a company that provides fiber service throughout the Northeast, for an upgrade of internet service to fiber for the town office. The board ultimately chose Duncan Cable, owned by Cliff Duncan.
