Board moves ahead with plastic bag ban

WILMINGTON- Selectboard members voted unanimously to move forward with a proposed ban on single-use plastic bags at their regular meeting last week.
The draft ordinance was introduced by board member Sarah Fisher in August, and is based on Brattleboro’s plastic bag ordinance.
