DOVER - At Monday’s meeting of the River Valleys Unified Union School District Board, the board discussed how its schools are providing equitable opportunity to all of its students. During the discussion, which happened at the request of board member Laura Sibilia, principals Matt Martyn and Tammy Bates said they felt the schools each offered opportunities to students, and board member Marc Schauber said he would like to see foreign language offered in each school.
