DOVER- The third time was the charm for Green Mountain Power and their East Dover customers.  At their regular meeting Tuesday, Dover Selectboard members gave GMP representatives the go-ahead to begin work on an electric infrastructure project that includes burying power lines under town roads and in rights of way.
