READSBORO- The Readsboro Selectboard had a busy evening at their regular meeting on Wednesday.
After wading through the budget status and a summary of the selectboard administrator’s report, board members brought forward a previous discussion of their own compensation for attending seminars, workshops, and other events relevant to town business. Board member David Marchegiani said that historically, the rate has been linked to minimum wage and is set when all wages are considered later in the year.
