Board considers policy changes, wants solar inspection information
DOVER - At the Dover Selectboard meeting on Tuesday, a new police officer was sworn in, and the board had a lengthy discussion about changes to its personnel policy. Changes were made but were not formally adopted, pending the board’s review of a clean draft of the policy and its distribution to town employees for review. And the board decided to ask Green Lantern’s Ralph Meima to a future meeting to discuss Green Lantern’s financial responsibility for a solar array on the town’s capped landfill.
