Board approves new windows for town hall, promotes two firefighters

DOVER- Selectboard members approved the purchase of new windows for Dover Town Hall, gave the go-ahead for a proposal to replace a storage shed that collapsed under the weight of this year’s snowfall, and signed off on the promotion of two West Dover Fire Department members.
The board signed resolutions promoting two new officers who were selected and recommended through a process run by their peers. “I did interviews with them, too, but mine didn’t count,” said Wet Dover Fire Department Chief Rich Werner.
