Board adopts marijuana dispensary ban ordinance

DOVER - At its meeting on Tuesday, the Dover Selectboard adopted an ordinance banning medical marijuana dispensaries from the town and regulating the use of medical marijuana. The board also appointed town clerk Andy McLean as interim zoning administrator, and McLean quickly transitioned into the position by telling the board that the town cannot remove political signage from roadways. In other matters, economic development director Steve Neratko talked to the board about developing a new town website.
