Barnstormer group files against Barnes, Hermitage Club

HARTFORD, CT- Five members of a company formed to finance the Hermitage Club’s Barnstormer ski lift are seeking $9.8 million they say James Barnes and Hermitage Inn Real Estate Holding Company owe them.  The action filed in Hartford, CT Superior Court also seeks the appointment of an interim manager of Barnstormer Summit Lift LLC, replacing HIREHC as manager.
