Barnes seeks to postpone Hermitage sale
BURLINGTON- Vermont District Bankruptcy Judge Colleen Brown has ordered an emergency hearing at 3 pm on Wednesday, March 18, to hear a motion by James Barnes seeking to postpone the sale of Hermitage assets scheduled for Friday, March 20. The hearing will be held telephonically.
The Barnstormer Group, the group of Hermitage members who financed the Barnstormer lift and one of the two largest creditors in the bankruptcy, has filed an objection.
