Barnes, investor reach settlement, again
HARTFORD- A Connecticut Superior Court judge has approved a settlement agreement between Hermitage Club “100 Club” investor Mark Brett and former Hermitage owner James Barnes.
The stipulated agreement grants a judgment on one count of Brett’s March 2018 complaint in the amount of $388,872, with 10% annual interest rate until it’s paid in full. The agreement, submitted and signed on Thursday, December 11, is the third time the parties have inked an agreement, and the second that was approved by the court.
