Baker, Busa win write-in spots
DEERFIELD VALLEY- The Vermont Republican Party recently announced that they have added 21 new House candidates to the November election ballot, including two candidates in the Deerfield Valley.
In a press release issued last week, Vermont Republican Party Chair Paul Dame said the 21 candidates brings the number of House candidates in Vermont to “a near high” of 96 candidates. He credited the work of local party committees in connecting with voters on key issues – and property tax sticker shock – for the uptick in GOP candidates.
