American Flatbread slated to open in fall in West Dover

DOVER - Come fall, there will be a new dining option in Dover. American Flatbread, which serves “all-natural pizza baked in a primitive wood-fired earthen oven,” is scheduled to open in October, in the space formerly occupied by Dover Forge and OMT. 
But first, the clay of its hearth has to dry — a two-month process.
