Airborne PCBs force TVES to shutter gym, library

WILMINGTON- State officials met with parents Monday night to answer questions after Twin Valley School officials notified parents Friday that recent state-mandated tests detected the presence of airborne PCBs in some locations at Twin Valley Elementary School.  
According to the notification sent to parents, some areas of the school had levels high enough to require immediate action, while others were at or above a level requiring school action.
