Adams Farm granted permits, but questions still linger

WILMINGTON- The development review board has issued a decision in Adams Farm’s application for a zoning permit to allow lodging, two food trucks, and RV campsites at their Higley Hill location. 
In their decision, issued Monday, October 30, the board approved the conditional use application with a lengthy list of conditions, which reflect discussions, testimony, and agreements made at four hearings on the application.
