Village braces for something spooky this weekend

WILMINGTON - This weekend, Wilmington will be festooned with Halloween cheer. Jack-o’-lanterns will be situated in the center of town on Thursday, kicking off numerous festivities leading up to the big night: trick-or-treating downtown on Monday, October 31.
