DOVER - For their Halloween-season event last year, the owners of the Kitzhof Inn had T-shirts printed that read, “The Kitzhof Inn: only a little bit haunted.” At this year’s now-annual Halloween-time event, the “little bit” in that tagline will be put to the test.
