Mini, unmanned food pantries pop up around the valley

JACKSONVILLE - Elaina Gibb-Buursma is hoping to normalize using food pantries. 
Gibb-Buursma is in the process of working out details for a mini food pantry that will be housed on a few shelves inside the Whitingham Free Public Library in the municipal center. The vision is that people can take from or contribute to the shelves.
