MONTPELIER- Just hours after Gov. Phil Scott and his administration outlined plans for administering Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to 5- to 11-year-olds pending CDC approval Tuesday, administration officials announced vaccination registration would begin at 8 am Wednesday morning.
