Local real estate agency makes record sales

WINDHAM COUNTY - Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country Realtors is again the top sales volume agency in Windham County and the No. 5 sales volume agency in Vermont. Tami Berkley Purcell, owner of Berkley & Veller, announced that the company did $224,949,731 of sales in Vermont and New Hampshire. 2021 was a record year for Berkley & Veller and their associates.
This was also a record year for Berkley & Veller’s Dover agent Adam Palmiter, who achieved a remarkable volume of just over $93.5 million, making him again the top single sales agent in Vermont. Arlene Palmiter and Mike Purcell from the Dover office had great years as well. From the company’s Brattleboro office, Robert Doyle led the group with just over $11.7 million, followed by Dan Normandeau, Heidi Bernier, Thom Dahlin, Claire Renaud, Karen Hoppe, Jane Sonntag, Neil Goldberg, John McPherson, and David Brown. Purcell also acknowledged the successes of Berkley & Veller’s new agents, who did very well in their first year: Mary Wallace Collins, Liz LaVorgna, Sarah Day, Jason Lovett, and Kassie Rubico. Berkley & Veller also recently welcomed new agents Laura D’Angelo to the Brattleboro office and Nadine Coffey to the Dover office. All agents, along with wonderful staff, made 2021 a great year.
