Vote “yes” for the funding
To the editor,
One of the articles to be voted on at Wilmington’s Town Meeting this year is a $20,000 allocation of funds to support the Old Firehouse capital fund.
There was a question from a community member as to whether this was a necessary expenditure and whether the town would be better served selling the property.
I adamantly say “NO!”
The town would not be better served selling this property.
