Story time visitor was bee's knees
To the Editor,
Pettee Memorial Library story time kids and I would like to give huge thanks to Laurie Caplan for visiting our story time this past Monday. We were reading about honey bees. Laurie, a beekeeper, brought her hive and beekeeper’s suit and all the accoutrements. Through her wonderful presentation, the kids learned about keeping a hive, got to try on her suit (after Mr. Bear tried it on!) and got to listen to an extra special story. We really had fun. Thank you so much, Laurie.
