Still some good left in the world

A couple of days ago I had the great good fortune to be reminded that there is still some good in the world.
I was coming back from Bennington, driving along Main Street in Wilmington - small town America. I was driving east through town when I noticed, under the shade of a beautiful tree, three little kids sitting in chairs and shouting “hello, hello, hello” and raising their arms in greeting. The oldest kid held up a sign that said “hello” with a heart shape next to it.
