Saddened by Capitol attack
To the Editor
I am just an average Joe. My parents and family were solid. I went to school, I served in Vietnam, paid taxes, built a business, created jobs and never got in trouble. I made mistakes along the way but had the freedom to make them. This country has afforded me freedom, a chance to prosper and create a safe environment for me and my family.
That is why when I saw my fellow citizens violently attack the Capitol building tears came to my eyes.
