To the Editor,
I would like to give a big shout out to Dover police officer Bill Mansch and Dover highway employee Bill Short for the help they gave me on Sunday, October 28, at the transfer station as I combed through the recycling bin trying to retrieve my wallet. Your concern and caring is what helps make Dover such a pleasant place to live. Thank you and God bless.
