To the Editor,
Dear Sen. Sanders, on behalf of several local groundhogs in our home state, we take issue with this concentration of national influence in the Keystone State. Snow cover should not deny the Green Mountain State at least one vote in the portrayal of the American spring.
It is just a good environmental policy decision to show a little geographic equity to and distribution for groundhogs everywhere.
Thank you for your support of an often overlooked Vermont denizen.
