Message received: Wilmington is not open to new businesses
To the Editor,
What do New York City and our little Wilmington have in common?
In New York City, Amazon was going to build a campus and create 25,000 jobs. After an agreement was reached, pro-union organizers started running anti-Amazon demonstrations and raised so many political obstacles that after a while Amazon said “forget it, cancel the plan, we’ll disperse those 25,000 jobs to other centers.”
