Let’s do things the Vermont way: Lead by example

With respect to the coronavirus pandemic, there are a number of good reasons why Vermont finds itself in an enviable position.  Among these are the thoughtful, science-based approaches taken by our state and local officials. In my estimation, both groups have demonstrated teamwork, clear thinking, and effective methods of interacting, and listening to the public. This point was recently highlighted in an article by Bill McKibben in the July 28 The New Yorker magazine article, “What Vermont and Its History Might Teach the Nation About Handling the Coronavirus.”
