Disgruntled use B-word label for own ends

In our current political climate I look for people whose political beliefs are different than mine but who can speak their beliefs without the conspiracy and falsehoods so prevalent today. From that perspective I appreciated the letter in this newspaper last week from Cliff Duncan.
Thank you, Cliff.
In his letter, Cliff quotes President Calvin Coolidge speaking on the ills of bureaucracy as having a stifling effect. But bureaucracies are prevalent in and have similar impacts in all large organizations, private as well as government.
