Conditional use permit findings and applications are archived in zoning office

Please note as a clarification in your article last week when you reported that DRB findings and applications are not recorded in the land records, that although we don’t charge applicants (a state set fee of $15 a page) for filing dozens of pages of supporting documents downstairs with the town clerk, the findings of fact and complete application including site plans are all archived in the land records of the zoning office.
