Community is more important than ever

The January 26 edition of the Deerfield Valley News had a letter from Nicki Steel talking about community and connection. For those of you who missed her letter it was very well written, and it was definitely on point.
Even prior to the pandemic restrictions prohibiting group gathering it seemed like our sense of community was waning. Back in what I like to refer to as the “dark ages” (yes, it does have something to do with my age) Town Meeting was a big thing and an important thing.
