Clarifying some statements from the selectboard meeting

I would like to clarify some of the information which was given at the selectboard meeting February 19. The commercial properties in Dover will be revalued because the assessments are currently valued 30% higher than market value. When Jeremiah (Sund) commented the sales are 30% higher, he was referring to sales of residential and condominium properties.
