Chinese standards are high

Chinese food in the valley? Just for one night a week at the West Dover Inn on Route 100. The chef, Shana McConnell, is doing great trying to cook up to Chinese standards. The shrimp egg roll was homemade and crunched in my mouth while and my lips were smiling. The noodles with sesame sauce had extra ingredients to enhance the light and delightful sesame taste.
